How can I pay?
We accept cash, e-transfer, and cheque. Payment is due within 24 hours of the cleaning. We can issue invoices and receipts upon request.
If you aren’t happy with any of our work please let us know within 48 hours of the cleaning and we will come back to fix the issue free of charge. Payment in full is expected once the issue has been resolved.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice for an expected cancellation. If no notice is given, 50% of the total cleaning fee will be charged. Cancellations made on the day of the cleaning will result in the full amount being charged.
What are your hours?
We work Tuesday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
If you require a clean outside of these hours please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
How long will the first clean take?
The first clean is always the longest clean. We can provide an estimate for how long the clean will take, but timing will vary depending on the state of the home. Sometimes the first clean can take up to 2x longer than any following cleans!
Please note: We do not lift any heavy furniture, go higher than the height of a chair or clean anything on the exterior of the house.
Can I be home for the cleaning?
Yes, it is your home so please come and go as you please. We do ask that we can do our work with minimal interruptions. We have a goal to work as efficiently as possible in your home so that we can provide the best results for you.
Is it okay if my children are home?
We have no problem with that at all! However, we are not licensed child care providers, so we ask that an adult stays on the premises if there are children in need of supervision.
Can I reschedule my cleaning?
Sometimes changes may happen unexpectedly and we do our best to be flexible.
And if anything unexpectedly happens with us we will also do our best to inform you as soon as possible!
Do you work during the holidays?
We work statutory holidays through the year with the exception of Christmas. Every year we book off 1-2 weeks to spend time with our families during Christmas, we will provide our regular clients with details on any alterations to their schedule ahead of time.
Do you clean homes that have been smoked in?
We don’t provide regular services for homes that are smoked in. If you would like to hire us for a move out or deep clean with the intention of permanently removing smoke residue, please contact us. We must be made aware of any smoking ahead of booking confirmation, if the cleaners show up without PPE the full cleaning cost will be charged, and we won’t be able to enter the home. To properly eliminate residue on walls and surfaces we have a stronger cleaning product to tackle these jobs.
