  • Dishes washed and put away

  • Cabinets wiped outside & inside if needed

  • Appliance exteriors cleaned and polished

  • Microwave & Fridge cleaned inside

  • Discard all perishable food items

  • Wipe down countertops and back splashes

  • Replace tea towels and dish cloths

  • Replenish items as needed (papertowel, dish soap, etc.)

KITCHEN

  • Dust and organize all tabletops

  • Dust and organize shelving units

  • Dust electronics

  • Dust and organize media cabinet

  • Dust fireplace hearths and mantles

  • Dust or vacuum furniture and check for stains

  • Straighten throw pillows and throw blankets and check for stains

  • Pull out the sofa bed and check over (if applicable)

LIVING ROOM

  • Wipe down & organize all tables and chairs

  • Clean smudges from windows

  • Clean and brush barbecues and cookstoves

  • Remove all trash & re-line trash containers

  • Sweep floors

  • Check hot tub & clean as needed (perform basic chemical adjustments or top up water as required)

PATIOS

  • Clean & neatly arrange all countertop surfaces & objects

  • Clean and sanitize shower and bathtub

  • Clean and polish all faucets and fixtures

  • Clean toilets

  • Clean mirrors

  • Remove all dirty towels and place in area for laundering

  • Hang towels and facecloths as requested in preparation for incoming guests

  • Remove used soap, shampoo and conditioners and replace with new as required

  • Replenish items such as toilet paper and tissue as required

BATHROOM

  • Dust dressers and check all drawers for items left behind

  • Check closet for forgotten items

  • Change all linens and wash/dry laundry

  • Check under beds for forgotten items

  • Tidy bedside tables & decor

BEDROOM

  • All surfaces, shelves and light fixtures dusted

  • All baseboards and heaters dusted and wiped clean

  • Mirrors, windows, doors and walls spot checked

  • Vacuum and wash all floors

  • Light switches and outlets wiped clean

  • Remove all trash & re-line trash containers

  • Make sure TV remotes are available if unit contains TVs

  • Advise owner of any items that are left behind

  • Check that Welcome books or any other specialized items are present

  • Ensure that any supply closets are locked up

  • Advise owner of any items which require replenishment

  • Scan for damages and missing items and report to owner immediately (take photos)
